Since joining the Tamar Community Jane has been instrumental in the creation of the trail at Wacker Quay, ongoing maintenance of the Tamar Trails and, more recently, in the completion of the newly created Calstock Wetlands, bridge and river path in a partnership between Tamar Community Trust, Calstock Parish Council, the Tamar Valley National Landscape and the Environment Agency.

Gill White

Treasurer

Gill has enjoyed the Tamar Valley for many years; not only walking the dog but also pony and trap driving. Gill has taken great pleasure in helping with the Tavistock Driving for the Disabled pony and trap along the Tamar Trails. Her love of nature and enthusiasm for the outdoor life and hands on approach meant she joined the Trust to help maintain the network of pathways it is responsible for. However, her expertise as a retired solicitor with a particular knowledge of charities, finance and land law, has often led her to contribute to the Trust in a different way.
